GENERAL

1. How often is this site updated?
Our site is updated with two new items every day, 7 days per week.

2. Can I pay for the site with the telephone or modem?
Yes, you can join our site with a dialer. Your access is only limited to the free chat and the rest of the member area that you don't need credits for, like e.g. photogalleries, movies, clips, interviews. Please note that in order to buy credits, you have to sign up by credit card.

3. How old are the girls?
All our models are of International Legal Age of at least 18 years and up at the time they were depicted or filmed or working in our live room.

4. How many models are there?
In total we have over 80 girls. Everything is broadcasted from our own studios which means that you receive the best quality of live streaming.

5. Where can I find information about my favorite model?
Go the 'models' section, here you can find all there is to know about all our models.

6. How do the girls become a model?
Girls from all over the world write, phone or e-mail us all the time, and within a couple of days they are in one of our studios making test shots!
Of course we only select the best models for you. All the girls who weren't good enough are in our Sorry Corner.

7. I'm a man. Can I be a model?
Not unless you bring a goodlooking girlfriend as well!
Seriously, we get hundreds of requests every day from boys and men who want to pose with one of our girls. At the same time, the girls usually bring their own boyfriends with them, so there's not much chance - in fact, no chance at all - for a single man to end up in our studio.

8. Do you still need female editors?
This site is expanding fast with new items added almost daily. Any girl who's not afraid of the camera and knows her English is VERY welcome with us!

CHAT

1. Is there a guideline for the chat available?
Our live chat is divided in 2 sections: Live and VIP. The houserules for chatting with models and/or other users are in both sections the same. Read the guidelines below carefully!

Operators

The operators in the chat can best be described as the hostess of the live chat. They can answer your questions, relay messages to the other girls and also make sure that everybody is behaving correctly. The operators can issue a warning or remove you from the chatroom if you are misbehaving, cursing, insulting etc. It is not customary for the operators to undress in front of the camera however... occasionaly some operaters do!

Interaction

You can be an active participant instead of an passive viewer! The hostesses can relay all your questions and wishes to the girls currently in the studios. Depending on what you ask and if the girl in question is prepared to do it, your wishes can really come true...just ask!

If you want to talk to a user in private or you want to ignore somebody who is insulting you, you can easily do so by clicking on a name in the nickname field at the far right side of the chat. Once you click on the name of the person you want to have a private chat with a special menu pops up.
In this menu there are four options :

Dialogue	When clicked all dialogue between you and that person will be private and appear in red
Ignore	When clicked all dialogue coming from that person is ignored untill you choose unignore
Unignore	Cancels the Ignore option
Cancel	Cancels the current menu

Misbehaviour

The operators can issue a first-time warning to users when they misbehave or insult models or other users. If the user still keeps on misbehaving the operator can remove this person from the chat. If the user keeps on misbehaving over a long period of time the operator can ban the user which means that the user may not enter the live chat ever again...so please be nice!

Presents

The girls in the chatroom work hard to make sure you have a great time and now you can personaly thank them for it through our giftshop. Select your chatgirl and choose a gift or tip you want to give and she will recieve your gift within a week and send you a personal thank-you note!

2. Can I buy my favourite model(s) presents or give a tip?
We have our own special giftshop in which you can choose from a lot of great presents for your favorite model. Besides our giftshop, where you can buy nice presents or give tips, we also have an online auction in which you can bid on the girls' favorite items.

3. Is the private chat really private?
You have total control on everything that is happening and your favorite girl will perform only for you! A great extra is that you can be the cameraman yourself! Move the camera, zoom in, zoom out, tell her what to do in the chat, all including sound and... all in one time!In the private chat you are really one-on-one with the girl.

4. How can I go into a private chat with a model?
Easy, in the chatbox you see a private button. As long as there is no one else in private, you can go in any time and as long as you have credits.

5. Where can I buy credits? (must be logged in)

6. What do I do if a model is already in a private chat with someone else?
Of course you can wait until she is free, but you can also have a sneak peek.

MEMBERSHIP

1. What will you do with my personal info?
Your personal info is ONLY used for checking your credit card information.
All info will be kept safely in our database and will NOT be sold to third parties or used for commercial purposes.

2. What will the description on my credit card statement be?
Your statement will show the discrete billing name of "www.imcbill.com".

3. I would like to change my membership into a 30 or 90 days subscription
Send us your username and the last 8 digits to admin@seventeenlive.com and we will change it for you.

4. My credit card expired this month but I really would like to stay a member?
Just send your username and the last 8 digits of your credit card + your new credit card information to admin@seventeenlive.com

5. I do not have a credit card but I really want to buy a membership to this site?
No worries, we have the following options for you:

CANCELLATION

1. How do I cancel my membership?
Of course we would regret your cancellation, but if you really want to cancel click here. We like to emphasize that by cancelling your membership your credits in VIP will expire as well. Credits in account after cancelling can not be refunded!.

2. I have tried to cancel through the link but I'm not sure if it has been accepted?
Just send us your username + the last 8 digits of your credit card to admin@seventeenlive.com and we will check in our system if the procedure has been succesfull.

CREDITS

1. Where can I buy credits? (must be logged in)
Just Click here and you will go to this option immediately!

2. How to spend the credits?
There are 3 possibilities to spend your credits:

1) Showtime
The model can decide herself to give uncensored hot action! When you see "showtime" in your window, you can join her steaming show and be there with only a select group of friends. This special treatment costs 1 credit per minute.
2) Private chat
If you really want something special and all for yourself, go private! You have total control on everything that is happening and your favorite girl will perform only for you! A great extra is that you can be the cameraman yourself! Move the camera, zoom in, zoom out, tell her what to do in the chat, all including sound and... all in one time! Private shows are 3 credits per minute.

3) Sneak peek
The real voyeurs choose for the Sneak Peek. Whenever a girl is in a private show, you can have a peek at the show to see what is going on in there! During this peek you can chat with other 'peekers'! Of course you can be the first to go private after the show has ended. The Sneak Peek is 1 credit per minute.

3. How much do the credits cost?
You can buy packages of 25, 50, 75 and 100 credits. Prices of the packages are the same as the credits. So for example € 25,- equals 25 credits.

4. Do I have to spend all my credits at one time?
No, you don't even have to spend them on one girl. You are free to use your credits anyway you like.

5. How long will the credits be valid?
Your credits will be valid until you cancel your membership. Credits in account after cancelling can not be refunded.

6. Can I buy extra credits when I’m in chat?
Yes, with one easy click on the "buy credits" button. Even when you are still in the chat, you can upgrade your account.

7. What is the maximum amount that I can spend per 30 days membership?
Because of security reasons the number and amount of transactions is limited, the maximum number is 2 per day and amount is € 300 (Euro) per month. When you want to raise this maximum amount or number, we kindly ask you to fax us your approval of the usage of the Credit Card including a copy of a valid ID (Passport), back- and frontside of the Credit card and your signature.

TECHNICAL

1. I am unable to log in
Just contact our error department at admin@seventeenlive.com and they will guide you through the steps needed.

2. I have problems with viewing the Chat
Our Chat uses a JAVA applet to stream the Live-feed into your browser. In order to see the Chat you need to have a JAVA compatible browser and it has to be enabled in your browser options. In case that you don't see any Livefeed ask your provider if they can open port 2045, 2047 and 2074 in the Firewall or Proxy server. The applet uses these ports to send the Livefeed and the sound to your browser. Unless they are open you will not be able to see the Chat. If you use a Mac try Netscape!
If you are running Windows XP, please make sure you download Java first. You can find a free download at http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html. Download and install JavaTM 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SETM).

3. I keep getting a "Security Check Failure" in the live chat
This could happen if you are running certain security applications such as virus scanners or firewalls. Please deactivate all these applications before you enter the site.

4. I am using a Mac with Netscape and the Chat screen remains grey
Please install Internet Explorer on your computer. This should work!
